Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please call (917) 805-6853 to cancel or reschedule.
Fees & Consequences
Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee
Late arrivals may result in a late-fee penalty
Repeated cancellations may result in dismissal
Missed rescheduled appointments are subject to cancellation fees regardless of reason
