How We Price Our Services

Service duration is tailored to your needs and may range from a few sessions to several months. We'll discuss this openly with you and provide a Good Faith Estimate so you can plan accordingly.

Insurance Reimbursement

We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide itemized invoices you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Important notes:

  • Plans excluding out-of-network services aren't eligible

  • Claim submission doesn't guarantee payment

  • You're responsible for verifying coverage and managing unpaid charges

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please call (917) 805-6853 to cancel or reschedule.

Fees & Consequences

  • Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee

  • Late arrivals may result in a late-fee penalty

  • Repeated cancellations may result in dismissal

  • Missed rescheduled appointments are subject to cancellation fees regardless of reason
